The acquisition will allow Sprague Magnetics Incâ€™s customers to have access to the full range of NCEâ€™s supply chain offerings including repair, spare parts, engineering, national onsite services, 24/7 Technical support desk, and logistics services. NCE will service Sprague Magnetics Incâ€™s customers from their state of the art, ISO9001/14001 certified facilities in the US and UK. NCE plans to maintain the full suite of Sprague Magnetics Incâ€™s current service capabilities and is employing key individuals from Sprague Magnetics Inc. to assure a seamless transition to NCE as a service provider.
This deal will strengthen NCEâ€™s service portfolio with additional engineering and technical assets, while existing Sprague Magnetics Inc. customers will experience no interruptions to their existing services and will gain access to expanded capabilities through a business relationship with NCE.

Sprague Magnetics Inc. has a business focus in Aerospace, providing customized spare parts and repair services for in-flight entertainment systems found on many commercial airlines today.
