Hong Kong to be host to leading international art and culture festival and expected to see major influx of tourists and visitors
Online PR News – 10-June-2010 – – The island of Hong Kong is getting ready to host the 2010 International Arts Carnival and people are already getting excited and eager with the event still more than a month away.
Taking place between July 9 and July 11 at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Grand Theatre, the Arts Carnival will see specialist performers and famous dancers from all around the world arriving in Hong Kong to take part.
The arrival of famous dancers and many well-known ballet artistes will also encourage additional tourism to Hong Kong, which could make it more difficult for visitors to get their hands on a cheap Hong Kong hotel.
In addition to the many forms of dance, both classical and modern, on show there will be all manner of different musical performances too.
Lek Boonlert, head of marketing at DirectRooms.com, comments, “Hong Kong appears to be getting very excited at the prospect of hosting such a prestigious international arts and culture event, and this is prompting people to book hotel rooms more than a month in advance. Our advice to people heading to Hong Kong in July is to book well ahead to be sure of availability and a good deal.”
Artists and musicians will be arriving in Hong Kong for the Carnival from countries as far afield as Australia, France and Canada for what promises to be a hugely memorable event.
