Online PR News – 11-July-2013 – Los Angeles, CA – Strings of Strength LLC, a jewelry company founded by cancer survivor Shari R.
Woldenberg, recently launched a new Multi-Charm Necklace to benefit Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C). The necklaces have three charms that hang on extra long 36” oxidized sterling silver chains: A sterling silver Tibetan Dorje symbolizing indestructible, a brushed sterling silver arrow with SU2C engraved in oxidized finish, and citrine and carnelian nuggets. All charms are hand cast in Los Angeles.

Ms. Woldenberg, an 11-year survivor of stage IV Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and a bone marrow transplant, founded Strings of Strength in 2012 to support patients and medical research. Her original line of necklaces on waxed cotton cords was Stand Up To Cancer’s leading seller in the jewelry category.

Inspired by the Tibetan Dorje and the concept of being “indestructible,” Ms. Woldenberg connected with cancer patients across the country with her story of long-term cancer survival against the odds. “Anyone touched by cancer understands the complex battle,” Ms. Woldenberg said. “It’s not just a fight against the initial diagnosis and treatment, but also an endurance test against the many unexpected ups and downs along the way. Patients feel empowered by the concept of Indestructible.”

Priced under $90, the Strings of Strength Multi-Charm Necklace is a perfect holiday gift for friends and loved ones who need a little extra power behind them. The necklace arrives packaged in a gift box, and is available for purchase on the Stand Up To Cancer website at, and on the Strings of Strength website at
