Possessing the largest venue in the region - the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and new addition, Sports World, which provides premier sporting facilities for hire by general public, academies and corporate clients as well as the capability of hosting major sport events or concerts – the DWTC needed a fully integrated ticketing, booking and CRM solution.
OPTIMO, which has over a decade of experience in the event industry and caters to Racecourses, Motorsports Circuits, Dinner Cruises, Arenas, Stadia and Multipurpose Venues, met all the requirements. OPTIMO delivers a comprehensive solution which encompasses ticketing and booking, space and facility management, hospitality, resource management, CRM, Reporting, Finance and Staff KPI’s.
OPTIMO will be providing the DWTC with a multi sales channel to market and sell tickets, a complete booking system and two custom-designed webshops. Customers can make bookings and buy tickets via retail walk-ins, corporate sales channels, or even through the ticketing and court-hire webshops that OPTIMO branded for the DWTC. All venues and the activities taking place in them, e.g. Cycling, Football, Concert, are booked through OPTIMO’s user-friendly Event Diary. Every event booked is then linked and updated in the centralised system, as are all customer details ensuring customer relations are maintained. DWTC will also be using OPTIMO’s Reporting tool to monitor the entire process.
