Perfect Fit®, which is a proprietary program that can be emailed or installed via a disc at the retail level, enables consumers to custom order replacement cushions through an easy to follow guide. Cushions are designed to customer specification and then ordered via email or fax to Palm Spring Rattan’s facility in Florida for production.

The program is designed to be further customized to specifications of participating retailers with order forms built to include store contact information and logos as well as applicable pricing with desired margins.
