The IMGWOA is situated within City of Arabia, adjacent to Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (formally known as Emirates Road), Dubailand a popular district of Dubai with many different attractions. The overall individual zoned entertainment destination will be in excess of 1.5 million sq. feet in the first phase and will be the largest temperature controlled indoor entertainment destination in the world. It is designed to attract in excess of 20,000 visitors per day. A unique facility of this magnitude will also generate a significant demand in the vicinity, for hotels and hotel apartments, along with other retail and leisure components.
