BOSTON, MASS. (May. 6, 2013) – Financial Recovery Technologies LLC (FRT), the leader in securities class action settlement recovery, today announced a major software upgrade that will expand the services available to clients. The centerpiece of this latest advance is a sophisticated loss calculation system, made possible by expanding data processing capabilities. The new loss calculation system allows clients to examine their securities losses in a multitude of ways.
“While today FRT is known as the claims filing industry’s technology leader, we won’t stay that way if we don’t continue to invest,” said David Pineau, FRT’s Director of Information Technology. “Our clients are constantly challenging us to help them in different ways, and we like to solve these problems through scalable and reliable software application development.”
The new code release builds on the sophisticated Recognized Loss and matching algorithms long a staple of the FRT solution. Additionally, all of FRT’s analytical work can be made available to clients within FRT’s industry-leading client information portal.
