Payformance Corporation, the nation's leading provider of healthcare payment solutions, launches a new, more interactive, Website, blog and social media tools to provide Health Plans and Providers information and easy access to PaySpan® Health Portal for simplifying electronic payments (EFTs) and remittances (ERAs).

Committed to continuously improving the customer experience, Payformance’s new digital presence will provide access to the PaySpan® Health Solution portal and supply healthcare payers and providers with the best information and tools to simplify their healthcare payment solutions.

“The new, more interactive, Payformance Website will provide Health Plans and Healthcare Providers with access to information and resources for moving to electronic payments and remittances quickly and seamlessly,” states Dan Chavez, Executive Vice President of Payformance Corporation. “Many are surprised to learn that most payments to healthcare providers are still paper-based. Moving from paper to electronic payments could save over $105 billion over ten years. Our goal is to create a community through our new Website and social media that is interested in solving an industry-wide problem,” explains Chavez.

Lesley Foster, Principal and Creative Director of Brown Dog Creative in Jacksonville, Florida, led the design team for the new site, “The new Website’s primary function is to educate new users on Payformance's premier product, PaySpan Health, regarding its ease of use, security, pricing and customization. We further needed to provide a direct gateway to the product under a unified and comprehensive Payformance brand.”

Brown Dog selected a blue and green combination for the site’s color palette that echoes nature. “From a color theory point of view, the combination can denote new beginnings and growth,” explains Foster, who adds, “Blue alone is calming and generates feelings of tranquility, love, acceptance, patience, understanding and cooperation, many qualities reflective of the brand. Likewise, green triggers hope, growth, good health, freshness, sharing and responsiveness.”

Angela Dunn, social media and content strategist, created the content for the Website and is assisting in the launch of social media efforts. “Payformance is an early adopter in its industry, and is taking time for the important step of ‘listening’ prior to engaging in social media. Once Payformance has gained a pulse of the conversations, our goal is to engage with customers in an authentic, meaningful way, and provide valuable, simplified information for a complicated subject area.”
