Online PR News – 22-April-2013 – Boulder, CO – Online fundraising software provider, DoJiggy, will donate $250 to an organization that demonstrates environmental stewardship as part of a new Earth Day promotion. Environmental stewardship refers to responsible use and protection of the natural environment through conservation and sustainable practices.
In celebration of Earth Day, the company plans to reward those who demonstrate a commitment to giving back to Mother Earth through implementing sustainable business practices. From April 22 through April 30, 2013, people may nominate their favorite green organization on the DoJiggy Facebook page for a chance to win $250 towards a charitable cause. Even if the organization’s fundraising mission is not directly linked to environmental conservation, an organization is eligible to win as long as the business does its part to minimize its impact on the environment. (i.e. use of recycled materials, operating with renewable energy, donating a percentage of sales towards environmental programs, etc.)
How to Nominate an Organization:
1. Like DoJiggy on Facebook
2. Explain the nominated organizations’ sustainable practices in 100 words or less
3. Earn additional points:
a. Sign up for the company newsletter
b. Like, Comment or Share the post on Facebook
c. Share on social networks (post on Twitter, pin on pinterest, blog about it, etc.)
All nominations must be made by 11:59 pm on April 30, 2013.
