Brand Knew, the magazine that offers much more than a holistic perspective on the world of brands and branding, used to be published every quarter but from here on ISD Global has decided that the magazine will be published in both formats as a monthly. This has been brought about by a consistent demand amongst the readers and advertisers alike that the magazine needs to have a higher frequency and to ensure that the distilled branding & marketing essence that it offers is best leveraged and consistently at that.

Suresh Dinakaran, Group CEO, ISD Global and Managing Editor of Brand Knew had this to share. “When you are in a space as dynamic as the branding eco system especially in today’s always on world, it becomes imperative that both the quality of content and the frequency with which it is disseminated keeps pace. Our decision to make Brand Knew a monthly was driven by these considerations. It also helps our advertisers to plan out campaigns that can target a homogenous set of readers within a compressed time frame, thereby augmenting the effectiveness of the campaigns for brands.”

Brand Knew’s Print edition is circulated within the UAE only but the digital edition goes out as a downloadable link to multiple markets including the rest of the GCC, India, UK and some cities in the Far East. Versions for Tablets and smartphones are in the works and they should be released before June of this year. Plans are afoot to take the print version of the magazine to India by the last quarter of this year. Language editions of Brand Knew are in the offing beginning with an Arabic version for the M East markets followed by a Mandarin version for the huge Chinese footprint. These versions would be out before the end of this year as well.
