Online PR News – 20-May-2010 – – Zanny Greek chef Andreas Yiasimi from Constantia Cottage Restaurant and front man for The Constantia Brothers will attempt to cook a seafood extravaganza to music! Andreas is Hoping to add a little Mediterranean flare to Cromer and Sheringham's first ever Crab and Lobster Festival. The dish called 'Lobster Kapama' is a family recipe that Andreas's grandmother use to cook for the family years ago, it will certainly be a challenge to prepare this complex dish in half an hour but Andreas insists he will relish the challange "The dish usually takes a little time to prepare" said Andreas "I am sure that the adrenaline and my passion for cooking will see me through" The dish will include lobster, crab, prawns and squid.

The Greek cooking demonstration will reach a climax when Andreas will be adding finishing touches in unison with 'Zorba The Greek' soundtrack. The musical finale was influenced by the unforgettable Morecambe and Wise famous kitchen routine where the duo perform a dance using various kitchen utensils and food items, including Ernie catching slices of toast as they popped out of the toaster, and finally opening the fridge door to be bathed in light, as if on stage, while they pull out strings of sausages which they whirl around to the music. Andreas said that his routine would be far less choreographed than that but it's something he always wanted to mimic "I have always been a Morecambe and Wise fan" he laughed "It's going to be interesting how it turns out, anything can happen" The Greek dish will be prepared on Saturday 22nd of May in Sheringham at 15.15pm

More than a dozen talented chefs, including seafood experts, Michelin and TV stars will be cooking in Sheringham on Sataurday 22nd of May at the Crown car park and Cromer on Sunday 23rd of May on Cromer promenade 2010.
