DLF, India’s largest real estate giant, and BOP, country’s foremost realty advisory firm, come together to transform the residential and retail sector with the launch of ‘My Pad – City Centre’ in Lucknow.

Online PR News – 08-April-2013 – Lucknow / Uttar Pradesh – The state of Uttar Pradesh is set to witness an unprecedented move in the real estate dynamics with the launch of these high end studio apartments, a concept recently gaining popularity with new-age buyers.
In a recent event held in Lucknow, India’s premier real estate company DLF launched the ‘My Pad- City Centre’ project in the city. The project comprises studio apartments in the popular Gomti Nagar area of the city, majorly aimed at providing residential and business solutions to students, corporates and working professionals. Spread over 4.9 acres of land, the 600 studio apartments will be surrounded by lush greenery and complete with numerous modern amenities including club, retail spaces and parks.
As per the specifications of the plan, the ground floor and first floor of the apartments will comprise retail shops while swimming pool and terrace garden will be built on the sixth floor. Numerous amenities like round-the-clock power back-up and multi-level car parking are also available at the ultra-modern apartments. The residential towers will be available in three distinct categories, namely Club Tower, Luxury Tower and Corporate Tower.
BOP Group, leading real estate consultants, are the bulk underwriters for this project. This is just the beginning of a long-standing association between DLF and BOP with ongoing projects like Hyde Park in Chandigarh and Gardencity in Lucknow, apart from the upcoming Woodland Heights. BOP has earlier been associated with the elated Jaypee Group in several of their projects.
Amit Mavi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of BOP Group, is known to maintain exemplary relations with his clients and customers. He says, “It is important not to be lost in the crowd and stand out from the rest. However, in an attempt to meet with our targets, we must remember that our prime motive is satisfying our customers. When I started the company in 2007, my motive was to transform the real estate sector with organized buying and selling. I have been quite successful in my endeavors and I’m overwhelmed by all the success achieved in a short span of time. However, even when the company’s turnover is worth several billions, the prime motive remains utmost customer satisfaction.”
Mohit Gujral, Vice President of DLF, was highly excited about the entry of studio apartments in more than just metropolitan cities. He was ecstatic about the fact that DLF is the one to bring this culture to Lucknow and this shall surely help in making the life of natives simpler as there will be more options to choose from. Further, commercial purposes are best fulfilled with these studio apartments as executives and corporate organizations find it best to rent, lease or buy out few of these apartments for regular client interactions and other such tasks.
The `My Pad – City Centre’ project is scheduled to be complete in the next 3-4 years. Meanwhile, the progressive alliance of DLF and BOP shall also be launching other projects in different parts of the country.
