Greytip Software Launches facility to record Aadhaar Card details of Employees

Bangalore based Greytip Software has recently launched its new feature that helps in capturing employee Aadhaar card details

Online PR News – 08-April-2013 – 4 April 2013, Bangalore – As a part of its new release, Greytip has launched a new feature in their SaaS based Payroll Software - Greytip Online to capture the Employee Aadhaar card (UIDAI – Unique Identification Authority of India) details for Provident Fund Transactions and generating the Returns File.

As per the recent updates, salaried employees are required to provide their Aadhaar numbers for seeking benefits under the Employee Provident Fund, the world’s largest social security scheme. Employers are supposed to collect Aadhaar particulars in a specific format.
Directives are already issued by concerned bodies to link the payment of EPF benefits to existing members with the Aadhaar card and even make Aadhaar card particulars for new members, mandatory.
The new feature of Greytip Online will enable the users to keep records of the Aadhaar card details of employees and use the same for PF transactions as well as to generate the returns file as per the format prescribed by the Government of India for submission to the PF department.
This new feature will also help employer to address statutory data collection and update requirement, in a time bound manner without any hassle.
