Online PR News – 06-April-2013 – Wolverhampton – Online bespoke furniture retailers Happy Sofa www.happysofa.co.uk are launching a brand new service that that will enable their customers to create the perfect sofa for their living spaces.
Happy Sofa will be launching the ‘YOU Sofa’ service after a recent customer survey highlighted the demand for bespoke sizes, cushions, and fabric options.
Happy Sofas Managing Director, Shaun Owen, commented that giving their customers more choice is exactly what consumers want in today’s market.
“We are very excited about the YOU Sofa concept. We launched Happy Sofa with the intention of giving online consumers the freedom to create their perfect sofa and we wanted to take it one step further. We’ve recruited a fantastic team in the West Midlands who are incredibly talented upholsterers and they are relishing the prospect of building our customers dream sofas. I love our designs and all the fabrics we use on Happy Sofas, but we realise that sometimes our three seat sofas may be slightly too large, or the two seaters may not be quite big enough. We want to build the perfect sofa for our customer’s living space, every home is unique and we want to maximise the space to suit our customer’s lifestyle.”
Happy Sofa was launched last September and has been a huge supporter of British made products.
“We want to continue to bang the drum for British designers and British artisans. The furniture industry online and in our high streets is awash with imported products, we believe we offer consumers a viable alternative to the current trend of buying in sofas from Eastern Europe and the Far East at no real extra cost. We realise the best way to do this is by delivering beautiful and practical sofas to all our happy customers who have had a huge amount of input to their new sofa. We don’t want people to simply buy a new sofa, we want them to get involved and create a YOU Sofa.”
The YOU Sofa service will be available online this summer.
