Online PR News – 04-April-2013 – Phoenix, AZ – Special Olympics Arizona will be hosting a Sanderson Ford Recognition Reception on Friday, April 5, 2013, the Phoenix Ford dealer is proud to announce. The reception will honor a large donation that Sanderson Ford helped make in January.
Sanderson Ford created a 2012 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor for the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale to raise money for Special Olympics Arizona. The truck, which was designed with the Rough Riders look of the 1990s in mind, was sold in January and raised over $100,000 for Special Olympics Arizona.
Many special guests will attend the Recognition Reception, including Special Olympics athletes, Special Olympics Arizona CEO Tim Martin, Glendale Police Department Police Chief Black, Glendale City Vice Mayor Yvonne Knaack, and Glendale Council members. The reception will celebrate both Sanderson Ford and all of the donors involved in the building of the auction model.
The Sanderson Ford Recognition Reception will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Phoenix dealership.
