Talent Innovations hires Karen Smith to new Account Manager role

Karen Smith joins Talent Innovations in the newly-created position of Account Manager. Reporting to Commercial Director Kim Black-Totham, Karen’s role involves managing key client relationships and promoting the company’s customisable and ‘ready to use’ 360° feedback tools.

Karen joins the expanding Talent Innovations team from CPM, where she spent seven years, most recently as Business Development Manager. Karen knows the HR services industry well having spent several years at Skillstream Ltd in the role of Projects and Business Manager.
