FORT MYERS, FL USA:
AXI International, a Florida-based manufacturer of diesel fuel optimization systems (http://www.algae-x.net/phocadownload/catalog/2012-AXI-catalog.pdf) and the developer of ALGAE-X® technology, announces today the release of the MTC-HC150 High Capacity Mobile Tank Cleaning and Fuel Optimization System (http://www.algae-x.net/products/mobile-tank-cleaning-systems/mtc-hc50). The MTC-HC150 is used as a service tool to clean large diesel fuel storage tanks and restore the fuel to optimal condition including mission-critical emergency backup generator installations such as hospitals, public safety and security operations, and data centers.
The MTC-HC150 is the perfect solution for removing sludge, contaminants, and water from tank bottoms and then restoring fuel to “Clear and Bright” optimal condition in large-capacity fuel storage tanks. The MTC-HC150 System features an adjustable filtration flow rate from 15 to 150 gallons per minute, dual independent pre-filter vessels, dual ALGAE-X® Fuel Conditioners, and dual Final Filter vessels. For portability, the MTC-HC150 System is mounted on two metal skids that have integrated spill containment trays.
“Fuel quality is paramount in mission-critical installations; unserviceable fuel is the most common cause for failure of emergency generators once called into service,” said Wessel van Tonder, AXI’s CEO. “The HC150 addresses this problem at an industry-leading 150 gallons per minute.”
Beginning with the development of the patented ALGAE-X® Inline Fuel Conditioner in 1995, AXI has grown to incorporate Fuel Conditioning Technology in advanced fuel filtration, conditioning and optimization systems. In 2012, AXI doubled the size of its Fort Myers headquarters in order to meet the demand of increased sales. AXI’s Fuel Maintenance and Optimization Systems are not only Green Clean Institute Certified but also they restore and optimize fuel quality – wherever fuel is used or stored. AXI’s commitment to customer service and superior engineering has propelled the company to a worldwide leadership position in the market while promoting the efficient use of non-renewable resources. AXI is represented in more than 70 countries worldwide. AXI Fuel Maintenance Systems are available through factory-trained resellers and representatives, major engine distributors, marine equipment distributors, and fuel storage tank manufacturers, petroleum equipment suppliers.
