Online PR News – 01-April-2013 – Los Angeles,California – Teen Pop Sensation Kady Richards travels to Los Angeles, California, with longtime music executive, songwriter and supa producer Butta Love for meetings with major record labels and to continue spreading the message of support for our nation's wounded warriors at the Los Angeles VA West Medical Center thanks to the remarkable coordination by Carrie Brandlin, Lead Recreation Specialist for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Kady was also joined by members of the UCLA Bruins Football team, Fullback Luke Gane, Junior and Center Carl Hulick, Freshman.
On the heels of the recent nomination by Operation Homefront as its 2013 Military Child of the Year the mission is even more clear and present. The nominee is dedicated to providing resources and bringing awareness to military families, being a product of one, and to the brave men and women who put their lives in harms way everyday for the liberties that some take for granted. Even at the age of 13, the nominee has experienced enough with deployment after deployment of her own Father to know the pain that others feel leading up to and the eventual act. With that, music, (singing, songwriting, and playing instruments) and volunteering became a viable outlet that created the foundation that is being built upon today. It is the message of volunteering that is expressed in her appearances that is an offering to help others cope with what is all too familiar. This nominee believes that this generation can and will make a difference when it comes to honoring those who has given so much emotionally, mentally, physically and often times their lives to protect our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness: The American Way!
Kady will be on tour in 2013 to raise money and support music and art programs in schools across the country as well as military families throughout the country. She is currently under negotiation to open up for Justin Bieber as well as with Paramount for a song on a movie soundtrack called "I Believe Loneliness."
