Dave White Chevrolet is ready for the world debut of the secret 2014 Camaro alongside the 2014 SS, 2014 Stingray Coupe and 2014 Stingray Convertible.
Online PR News – 01-April-2013 – Sylvania, OH – Chevrolet will be showing up at the New York Auto Show flexing a lot of muscle this year. They recently revealed their powerful lineup for the show featuring the Chevrolet SS performance sedan, Corvette Stingray Convertible, Stingray coupe and a refreshed Camaro. The New York Auto Show will take place March 29th through April 7th. Dave White Chevrolet of Toledo is excited to see these powerful performance cars together on one stage.
The highlight for the New York show will be the debut of the 2014 Camaro. Chevrolet is doing a great job at keeping the refreshed details a secret, but it is rumored to have a new twin turbo 3.6 liter V6 engine that delivers around 355 horsepower and possibly even a new V8 variant. Chevrolet has high expectations for the 2014 Camaro; they stated that the redesign, “advances the design and performance attributes that has made it the most popular sports car under $50,000 for three consecutive years.”
Continuing their auto show tour across the globe, the Stingray Convertible and Coupe will both take the stage in New York. They both offer an exhilarating driving experience with a 450 horsepower engine and 450 pound feet of torque. There are two possibilities for the transmission for each, a seven speed manual with rev-matching or a six speed automatic.
Chevrolet’s newest addition to the performance lineup will make an appearance as well. The Chevrolet SS is not only their first rear wheel drive performance sedan in almost 20 years but it is also the new NASCAR pace car. This high powered sedan has a 6.2 liter V8 engine under the hood that puts out 415 horsepower and 415 pound feet of torque. It will have a six speed automatic with paddle shifters.
"Chevrolet customers have validated our performance credentials with their enthusiasm. We're going to give them even more reasons to be enthused," Mark Reuss, GM's President for North America, said in a statement. Dave White Chevrolet certainly is enthused for the new lineup.
