Online PR News – 27-March-2013 – NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC – which expanded its Nashville office to 44 attorneys last year – has opened its new office and conference center at The Pinnacle at Symphony Place.

The office is located on the 15th and 16th floors of the city’s newest skyscraper, and boasts more than 46,000 square feet of space – including a spacious, state-of-the-art conference center with more than 13,000 square feet of meeting space. The 29-story Pinnacle is Nashville’s only Class AA office tower and LEED Gold certified skyscraper.

“We are excited to move into our new office in this premier fixture on Nashville’s skyline,” said Don Clark, Jr., Chairman of Butler Snow. “This beautiful downtown building gives us more room for growth and reinforces our commitment to Nashville.”

Butler Snow’s new office includes 70 offices for attorneys with further opportunity to expand to 110. The conference center features 12 conference rooms with sweeping downtown and riverfront views, three multi-purpose rooms for events, functions and meetings, and catering kitchens. Unique architecture features all sustainable materials, including renewable woods, marbles, tiles and metals that coordinate with The Pinnacle’s elegant interiors and exteriors. Green technology incorporates recycled and natural materials, organic compound paints and stains, low-water-use hardware, and lower energy fluorescent lights and energy-conserving lighting systems.

Butler Snow has a long-standing tradition of green construction for its offices across the nation. Its greater Jackson, Miss., office is the largest LEED certified office building in Mississippi, and the firm first incorporated green technology during the renovation of its Memphis, Tenn. office in 2007.

This facility continues to position Butler Snow on the leading-edge of technology. Many conference rooms feature high-definition video-conferencing, and both floors of the office offer smart board technology for a more interactive, user-friendly work environment. Another unique area is “The Commons,” a space ideal for breaks and lunch, which offers panoramic views of the Cumberland River and Shelby Street Bridge, and is complete with big screen HD panels and Wi-Fi service. A service center houses next generation electronic imaging technology, and Butler Snow utilizes an all-electronic filing system in this office and firm wide.

Butler Snow’s sense of community and culture are evident at every turn, with signature local artwork, sculptures and paintings.

“The Pinnacle offers the perfect setting to support our future growth, deliver excellent client service and contribute to the thriving business environment,” said Dan Elrod, a leading member of Butler Snow’s Nashville team, who serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, which establishes firm governance, policy and strategic direction.

Last year, Butler Snow expanded its Nashville office to 44 attorneys, and now has nearly 100 in Tennessee.
