With injuries being the number one obstacle fitness professionals will encounter, it is important that BCRPA association members know how to assess and prescribe the best exercises for them. Rotator Cuff Exercise Expert, Rick Kaselj, will be sharing his secrets with fitness professionals from across western Canada. Rick will be educating BCRPA association members on lower back, shoulder, neck and arm injuries.
