The Dynamic Sales Team at Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center Welcomes a New Senior Sales Manager and Group Sales Manager

The new sales strategists bring distinct expertise and knowledge to the positions of Senior Sales Manager and Group Sales Manager. Combined, the due adds more than 20 years of experience and are responsible for a large portion of the group sales at Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center.

Boussicaut was a Group Sales Manager at the former Sheraton Braintree Hotel in Braintree, Mass. and later served as the Director of Group Sales at Hilton Boston/Dedham in Dedham, Mass. prior to teaming up with Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center. As a Senior Sales Manager, Boussicaut is responsible for managing corporate communications and accommodations for large-group guests set forth by the sales team. As a graduate of Northeastern Universiry, Boussicaut posses a degree in Meeting and Event Business Management. She is a former member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and International Special Events Society (ISES) and is currently TIPS-certified (Training for Intervention Procedures.)

Smith holds a Certified Meeting Professional credential and degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Sales, Meeting & Event Management from Johnson & Wales University. She was a Catering Sales Manager as well as Event Services Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston-Westborough in Westborough Mass. and joins the Sheraton Framingham team as a Group Sales Manager. Smith will oversee all of the property’s sports, military, education, religious and fraternal markets.
