Dr. Cindy Goody, Senior Director of Nutrition for McDonald’s USA, is visiting the Mississippi Gulf Coast Thursday, March 7 - Saturday, March 9. She will be lecturing on healthy fast food choices and will be a featured guest on local TV and radio news shows.

She will be lecturing on healthy fast food choices and will be a featured guest on local TV and radio news shows. Dr. Goody oversees McDonald’s nutritional information and supports the development of McDonald’s U.S. food and nutrition strategy.

A registered and licensed dietitian, Goody is actively involved with the American Dietetic Association (ADA) and is the author and editor of Cultural Food Practices, a professional reference published by the ADA. Prior to joining McDonald’s USA, Goody served as a retail and clinical dietitian for HY-VEE Food Stores, Inc. She has also served as a faculty member for the Culinary Institute of America and the Harvard School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education.
