Ms. Carballosa brings more than 10 years of public relations and corporate communications experience to the HRMC team from a wide-range of industries including fashion, culinary, entertainment, non-profit, real-estate, among others. Ms. Carballosa’s career started at the University of Miami, Office of Communications, as a staff associate. Her comprehensive understanding of public relations allowed her to rapidly advance, ultimately earning her the position of Associate Director for Operations and Marketing for the Medical Wellness Center at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. In this capacity, Ms. Carballosa designed creative marketing campaigns and was responsible for developing, recruiting, training, and managing a full operational staff.
Prior to her hire at HRMC, Ms. Carballosa worked as a public relations consultant for the LCMediaGroup. In this capacity, Ms. Carballosa was responsible for developing and coordinating client events and public relations campaigns. Ms. Carballosa’s extensive experience in public relations and superior networking abilities allowed her to establish relationships with key media contacts and, as a result, she was able to obtain sole-source partnerships with industry leading sponsors such as Red Bull, Comcast, Apple, and Bacardi. Ms. Carballosa also developed elaborate PR and Marketing campaigns for Fashion clients such as Fashion TV and single-handedly arranged high-profile events for key designers in the industry.
