National Grid, one of the world’s largest utility companies, has awarded Basingstoke’s HCR Group with a three-year ‘employee relocation’ contract for the UK.

After a challenging and vigorous competitive tendering process, National Grid chose HCR from 6 potential suppliers to look after their relocating employees across the whole of the UK. “Employee mobility is essential to ensuring that National Grid remains focused on delivering energy safely, efficiently, reliable and responsibly. They need to ensure they have their talented people in the right place, at the right time and at the right price – HCR gave them the solutions to do just that,” observed Adrian Leach, Business Development Director.
A dedicated team will deliver the services to National Grid and their employees, supported by the 102 specialist and experienced staff based at Basingstoke. In addition, HCR will draw upon their network of 110 Local Area Consultants to provide the services at neighbourhoods throughout the nation to assist with finding suitable rental and purchase property and the myriad of support services.
