Paraben Corporation, a provider of digital forensics solutions, has announced the release of P2 Commander Version 1.6. Paraben has been a major player in the hard drive forensics community since 2004 upon the release of Email Examiner and Network Email Examiner and the first version of P2 Commander in 2008. With the release of P2 Commander Version 1.6, Paraben has greatly improved its progressive and industry-leading tool.

P2 Commander (P2C) Version 1.6 is a quantum leap forward in the processing of digital evidence from computer hard drives. Version 1.6 improves upon the innovative P2C platform by simplifying the process while adding additional features. Some of those notable features include, x64 Bit Support of both Windows 7 and Windows Vista as well as a new OST processing engine for e-mail analysis. These are only a few features in a long list that makes P2 Commander 1.6 a leading forensic analysis tool.
