Sitemark Consultants, Inc. Announces the Opening of
Kamchatka, Russia Division
Online PR News – 05-May-2010 – – Dallas, Texas: Sitemark Consultants, Inc. recently opened their first overseas office in Petropavlovsk, Kamchatka Russia, and they’re ready for widespread introduction of energy-saving audits, innovations, and products to the land of diverse climates and architecture.
Although their construction technology is roughly seven to ten years behind the United States, Russian companies to whom Sitemark Consultants, Inc. has presented their energy saving products and technologies have appeared receptive. A few such products include solar powered attic fans that pull both heat and moisture out of building ceiling spaces and residential attics, as well as lower attic temperatures by as much as 50 degrees. Another innovation that Sitemark Inc. is introducing to Russian builders are tubular skylights. Easily installed, tubular skylights’ reflective tube guides the sunlight to a diffuser lens that spreads light evenly throughout a room. The inside of the acrylic dome is generally parabolic to reflect sunlight into a home or building’s interior regardless of the sun's angle in the sky and is highly polished aluminum giving more light distribution.
While scheduling meetings with a number of Kamchatka construction companies, Sitemark’s office manager has also been involved with details such as translating Sitemark Consultants, Inc. contracts, brochures and other company information into Russian, as well as coordinating online advertising opportunities in the country.
In addition to their expansion into Russia, Sitemark is working with an Australian firm regarding online advertising for Sitemark’s infrared tools for building inspections and diagnostics of water infiltration in roofs and walls. “We want to go as far as we can, worldwide,” says Kent Wilske, co-owner of Sitemark Consultants, Inc.
