CBS and KTVO announce digital TV affiliation

There an important announcement made by KTVO TV that it will create a new digital TV station affiliated with the CBS TV to serve the Ottumwa IA/Kirksville MO viewing area.

The viewers will need to rescan their Digital TV or DTV converter box in order to begin receiving the new service.
