Greytip has launched India's first Cloud based attendance management module.

Greytip Online has been well known for its payroll processing, reimbursement, statutory compliance management, and employee information management features. Now, with its new Attendance Management module it’s expected to provide extensive support for the HR team. It will greatly reduce the overwhelming routine data collection process to manage attendance and employee roster.

The attendance management system is hardware independent and can be integrated with any timekeeping hardware system (smart card, biometric device, etc). It is also tightly integrated with Online Leave and Payroll. Organizations can leverage the attendance software to enforce company policy consistently, reduce payroll costs and improve discipline.
The solution also comes with a built-in web attendance recorder that can be used as an alternate tool (in the absence of time recording hardware), to capture employee IN & Out time. It is capable of tracking real time data of employee attendance, leaves, holidays and shift rosters, and can filter monthly attendance records by various categories like location, department, etc.
