A member of the firm’s Manufacturing Group in Houston, Masters brings nearly 15 years experience in public accounting, including expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, complex restructuring and more.

Kuchar leads the firm’s Construction Group in Houston, where he has focused on specialized audit services as well as internal control and fraud analysis, litigation support, cost segregation studies and financial projections for more than 300 contractors nationwide.

A Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor, Silverman leads the Mergers and Acquisitions Group in Houston, guiding sellers and buyers through the M&A process and offering comprehensive expertise in areas such as analyzing a company’s readiness for sale and purchase, determining and maximizing value, locating buyers/sellers, negotiations, post-closing integration and more.
