Online PR News – 03-January-2013 – Philadelphia, PA – Philadelphia fitness expert Bill Heron is proud to announce that he will be hosting a charity boot camp to raise funds for The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The boot camp will be held on Saturday, January 12th. “We are proud to to raise funds for this great cause,” Bill Heron said. “We are asking for a minimum donation of $5.00 to participate in the charity boot camp, with 100% of that money going to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.”

Cystic Fibrosis is an inherited chronic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system of about 30,000 children and adults in the United States (70,000 worldwide). A defective gene and its protein product cause the body to produce unusually thick, sticky mucus that clogs the lungs and leads to life-threatening lung infections; and obstructs the pancreas.

The charity boot camps will be held at 1 a.m. at Our Lady of Calvary School, located in Philadelphia at 11023 Kipling Lane 19154. For those that are unable to attend the boot camps but would still like to donate, please visit: The workout is open to everyone in the community and is suitable for all fitness levels.
