The staff expansion represents a doubling of LoyaltyOne Consulting’s senior team in the past six months and follows closely the addition of client relationships with Tim Hortons, BMW Finance Canada, Scottrade. All were signed within the past two months and join a client list that includes Walgreens, Ulta Beauty, JPMorganChase, VISA International, BBVA Bancomer and New York & Co., among others.
Dennis Armbruster, who had served as Managing Partner at LoyaltyOne Consulting since December 2008, will oversee the team and lead the development of innovative loyalty strategies for LoyaltyOne Consulting clients around the globe. With more than two decades of experience consulting companies in the retail, financial services, airline, hospitality, telecommunications and pharmaceutical sectors, Dennis is an expert in customer loyalty strategy.

Reporting to Dennis in their new roles will be:
• Senior Director, Consulting, Sol Zia. A former leader of Financial Institution strategy for LoyaltyOne U.S., Sol specializes in customer relationship metrics, advertising and marketing optimization and strategic analytics, and has been responsible for the development and expansion of company initiatives across channels in the US and Canada. Sol has worked with such notable clients as Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutu
• Senior Director, Consulting Richard Schenker has 22 years of retail and loyalty experience in both the U.S. and Canada. He joined LoyaltyOne seven years ago, and for five years served in Client Services for the AIR MILES Reward Program, providing loyalty strategy and council to major clients including American Express, HBC Canada, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, the Rexall Family of Pharmacies and the Metro supermarket chain. He also led a consulting engagement for the outsourcing of the Points Club Rewards loyalty program for the Texas supermarket chain H-E-B. Prior to joining LoyaltyOne, Richard develop and managed the Shoppers Optimum Program at Shoppers Drug Mart and the Bay Card Dollars Loyalty Program for the Hudson’s Bay
• Consultant, Ken Kuschei,.joins the team from LoyaltyOne’s AIR MILES Reward Program, where he served as Senior Manager in the Market Intelligence Group. There, his team used loyalty program data and advanced analytics to help clients like American Express, MasterCard, and Goodyear maintain their strategic advantage in the marketplace. His past experience includes six years with Hewlett-Packard in an analytics role.
• Business Intelligence Analyst, Allan Toy will work closely with clients to achieve key business objectives through economic modeling, data analytics and like resources available under LoyaltyOne’s umbrella. He previously served as a Senior Analyst for Client Services at LoyaltyOne US and as a Senior Analyst at AIR MILES, where he worked closely with pillar Sponsors in the Business Intelligence Department.
To further support its bench of talent, LoyaltyOne Consulting is actively looking to add two partners, one of whom will head its retail practice and the other to oversee its financial services practice. When these hires are complete, it will bring the LoyaltyOne Consulting team to 20 people.
