Mount Shasta Resort is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary by honoring the town residents who have supported them. Most city residents can expect a free gourmet meal on their birthday
Online PR News – 12-April-2010 – – Celebrating a landmark anniversary this year, Mount Shasta Resort is thanking its town locals for fifteen thriving years with a free dinner on their birthdays. Resort owners are pleased to take this opportunity to give back to the town they call home.
In an attempt to reach nearly all of Mount Shasta’s 3600 residents, the resort plans to send out approximately 200 postcards each month during the year of 2010. Birthday diners will be able to enjoy any entree on the menu at no cost at the resort’s Highland House Restaurant. Meals include everything from steak and prime rib to pasta and seafood and can be enjoyed during the birthday month. For residents who do not use their gift cards this year, this valuable gift will be honored in any future year, as long as it is during the month of their birth.
General Manager Suzanne Bentley explains, “This is our way of thanking each and every member of our community for their support over the years.” Since its inception in January, this program has proven to be incredibly popular, resulting in more local birthdays being celebrated at the resort than ever before.
Mount Shasta Resort is also reaching out to locals and visitors alike through their eClub. Those who register for the club via the resort website will receive 18 free holes of golf during the month of their birthday. This nationally recognized course features alpine terrain, undulating greens and breathtaking views. eClub members receive the very best specials on golf, dining and lodging throughout the year.
Mount Shasta Resort boasts an 18-hole golf course, lounge, meeting rooms, banquet facilities, a full service day spa and chalet style lodging.
