Award winning recording artist Christopher Cross will host a special concert at the first annual Williamsburg Wine And Food Festival on Saturday, May 22.

Online PR News – 13-April-2010 – – Williamsburg, VA--- Five-time Grammy and Academy Award winning recording artist, Christopher Cross will host a special concert at the first annual Williamsburg Wine And Food Festival on Saturday, May 22 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Colonial Heritage Clubhouse, 6500 Arthur Hills Drive in Williamsburg.

Cross, best know for his hit songs, Sailing, Ride Like The Wind, Arthur’s Theme and Think of Laura is one of two solo artist to win all “Big Four” Grammy Awards for Record, Song, Album and New Artist in the same year.

“Christopher Cross is an icon in the music industry,” said Brenda Sharp, director of sales and marketing for Lennar’s Virginia Division. “We are thrilled that he is available to lend his extraordinary talent to our event. His participation will make the Festival nothing short of memorable for all of our guests.”

The Williamsburg Wine And Food Festival held at Colonial Heritage begins on Saturday, May 22 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and ends on Sunday, May 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Food and wine demonstrations will be presented throughout the two-day epicurean extravaganza and attendees will have the opportunity to view fine art and purchase boutique items from clothing to custom jewelry.

The $25 pre-order general admission per person includes food and wine tasting. A two- day general admission is $40. Admission day of is $30 or $50 for two days.
