Hire A Writer Online Expands

Hire A Writer Online, owned by freelance journalist Angie Papple Johnston, announced its expansion April 10 as Johnston leaves active duty military status.

Online PR News – 10-April-2010 – – Journalist Angie Papple Johnston has been writing for the U.S. Army and Department of Defense for years - but if she writes for them after May 15, she'll be doing so as a civilian contracter instead of an American soldier.

Johnston announced her exit from military service April 9, stating, "I'll be able to focus on writing for my civilian clients, and provide them with all the quality writing services I've been providing for the Army all this time."

Her freelance services include custom press releases, website copy and content, e-mail copy and non-fiction articles.

"I've been freelance writing for magazines, and while I'd like to continue on that track, I'm more focused on providing press releases to get my clients in the news. I love when my clients come to me and tell me they made the paper - it makes my day," says Johnston.

Johnston's freelance writing site, HireAWriterOnline.com, offers part of her online portfolio (including links to her wildly popular U.S. Army and Department of Defense articles) and a basic fee schedule so potential clients can get the run-down without having to commit.
