The "Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Wireless Mobile Phones" adjudged and granted by J.D. Power and Associates for the third consecutive year in a row.

In this particular study the company LG was recognized as the highest ranked overall and had managed to secure the top position in every category among the traditional mobile phone manufacturers.
The survey and study were conducted by J.D. Power and Associates. The basic motive of the study was that it had to measure customer satisfaction with traditional wireless handsets and that too across several categories which included operation, physical design, features and battery function. The companies mobile phone division ranked highest in every factor and have scored above the industry average in terms of overall satisfaction. LG received the highest recognition among the consumers so surveyed in the categories of operation, features, physical design, and battery function.
