Advancing the offspring of tourism with HRCONNEXION: individual seminars offer the ideal mixture of science&practice in the fields of tourism business administration, customer behavior, database management&creative marketing tricks for tourism entrepreneurs with low budget.

With its new brand HRCONNEXION, the German-Greek corporation also offers seminars in the fields of tourism business administration, service marketing, customer behavior and loyalty, database management, as well as press work and creative event management for low budgets.

“During my 10 years lasting occupation as lecturer and professor, I was consistently asked by touristic companies to offer in-house seminars as well”, explained Christiane Hensel-Gatos, CEO and associate of the Athenian communication agency PRCONNEXION, who has its second registered office in Hamburg. “For already 3 years now, we are training managers and other employees of touristic companies, such as the Hamburg Messe & Congress GmbH, with great success”, she added. “Now it is time to give this success a name and thus, offer our concept for customer-focused and economy oriented communication also for a multitude of other companies”, said Christiane Hensel-Gatos. “On the basis of PRCONNEXION, the name of our new brand HRCONNEXION stands for the management of Human Resources”, she concluded.

The new business segment is supposed to be offered in Germany as well as in Greece. With her master of business administration, the manager of the PR- and marketing agency, Christiane Hensel-Gatos, offers best conditions for coaching and running seminars. She had studied business administration at the Munich University of Applied Sciences, specializing in tourism and marketing; she had been professor for touristic business studies and transport carrier management in Germany and visiting professor in Rhode Island, USA. Additionally, Christiane Hensel-Gatos is giving lectures on tourism management and marketing, strategic services marketing, as well as transport carrier management at several German universities.

With many years of experience in leading positions in different international touristic companies, such as ACCOR or Lufthansa, she fills the gap in the field of advanced trainings for executives, especially in tourism. “Our aim is to sensitize managers, team leader, freelancer and entrepreneurs but also employees with direct customer contact for current marketing topics, so that they can cope with the challenges of the increasing competition in terms of communication and business administration”, said Christiane Hensel-Gatos, who also educates event managers as lecturer at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. “Advanced trainings are essential for companies, so that people in leading positions and also those in direct contacts with the customer are able to act properly”, added her partner and co-owner of PRConnexion, Mrs Stella Ouroumi.
