McDonough Holland & Allen’s Michael Kuzmich Elected to Shareholder

Kuzmich is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. He focuses on title insurance, real estate and construction litigation on behalf of individuals, private entities, public agencies and financial institutions, with an emphasis on title and escrow disputes. Previously with Downey Brand LLP, Kuzmich has experience litigating general and complex civil disputes in a wide range of industries and areas of law.

Kuzmich earned his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (2000), where he served as an editor of the McGeorge Law Review. He received his B.A. in philosophy, cum laude, from Saint Mary’s College (1997).
