Online PR News – 03-December-2012 – New York, NY – Barbara Koning, aka Urban Gypsy is teaming up with infamous nightlife impresario Eric Vega, founder of New York Social Society, to bring first rate fashion show events to elite nightclubs and lounges in NYC.

In the summer of 2011, Barbara Koning dropped everything and on a whim, decided to follow her dream of living in New York City. Her background is in marketing/ communications and event promotions. She has promoted at top nightlife venues such as Cameo and Dream on South Beach as well as Space and Karu & Y in downtown Miami, FL.
Upon moving to New York from Washington DC, Barbara met Herbert Fox of Herbert Fox Productions and was contracted to create a social media campaign and assist with event promotions. “I am very grateful to Herbert Fox for giving me my start in NYC nightlife promotions.
