Oakland Harley-Davidson Supports Toy Drive and Participates in Christmas Parade

Oakland Harley-Davidson is collecting toys to donate to the Oakland Mayor's Toy Drive on Saturday, December 1.

Online PR News – 24-November-2012 – Oakland, CA – Oakland Harley-Davidson is looking forward to participating in the America's Children's Holiday Parade and donating toys to the Oakland Mayor's Toy Drive on Saturday, December 1.

Members of Oakland Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) and other motorcycle groups will meet at Oakland Harley-Davidson at Noon. Officers from the Oakland Police Department will escort them to downtown Oakland at 12:30pm. The riders will be staged at the beginning of the America's Children's Holiday Parade. The parade begins at 2:00pm.

Riders who participate in the parade are encouraged to decorate their bikes for the parade. Past participants have embraced the holiday spirit by decorating from mild to wild.

After the parade, participants will park in front of the Mayor's office and drop off all the toys. A special tradition is the group photo on the stairs of City Hall.
