Foret, who has managed the South Coast Plaza Village restaurant for two decades, was also named COO of Cagnolo’s other operations including Nello Cucina, Quattro Caffé and Antonello Espresso Bar.
“Thad is as much a part of Antonello as I and this is my way of demonstrating my gratitude and absolute belief in him as a vital part of my overall operations,” said Cagnolo, who celebrated the 30th anniversary of Antonello last year. “His professionalism, business acumen, extraordinary people skills and dedication to Antonello has helped the restaurant earn a legion of loyal guests.”
Since 1979, Antonello Ristorante has been taking diners on a journey to the Old World with its extensive menu of extraordinary Italian cuisine and vast wine list. Set amid a warm and luxurious atmosphere, the critically acclaimed restaurant features a delicious menu of antipastos, soups, salads and pasta dishes as well as a variety of exceptional fish, veal, chicken and beef entrees. Across the street, at the center of bustling South Coast Plaza sits Quattro Caffé, a 104-seat dining establishment featuring specialty pasta dishes and entrée selections. The casual coffee destination, Antonello Espresso Bar, offers a wide variety of gourmet coffee drinks as well as baked goods and sandwiches.
