Moore Dessert Please to exchange cupcakes for coats

Dayton Bakery will give one free cupcake to those who donate a coat

Online PR News – 21-November-2012 – Dayton, OH – Cupcake bakery and dessert shop Moore Dessert Please! is teaming up with St. Vincent de Paul to provide coats for the homeless and those in need this holiday season.

From Tuesday, November 27 to Saturday, December 1, the bakery will be giving those who donate their lightly used, clean coats one free cupcake.

“We love giving back having a chance to say thanks,” said Brittany Moore, the store’s owner. “The best part is we have the opportunity to help people by simply doing what we do everyday, and that’s baking cupcakes.”

Donated coats will go to St. Vincent de Paul’s Gateway Shelter for Women & Families. The Dayton shelter sees up to 350 people on any given night, one out of five whom are children.

Moore Dessert Please! is open Tuesday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m and on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
