This event, which is held on December 5 - 7, 2012 at the Pinehurst Resort & Country Club in Pinehurst, North Carolina, is one of the largest conferences in North Carolina for leaders in the mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services system.

The Conference is given each year as part of the NC Council’s programs of ongoing educational and technical assistance program.
