T Mobile has already been in the practice of accepting pre-orders of the HTC Desire. Now the handset will be available on all the leading stores and retail outlets.
Online PR News – 29-March-2010 – – As T-Mobile gears for taking pre-orders of the HTC Desire, consumers will face no problems as far as availability of the phone is concerned.
The handset would be the third among the leading mobile phones to have launched since October 2008.
It is also good news for the HTC as it expects bulging sales as a result. HTC Desire would constitute the first phone from the company to use the 1Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It will be available through all the leading stores and outlets all across the UK.
There is much enthusiasm as it has been witnessed among the company cadres. This can be substantiated by the statement by the HTC's executive director of UK and Ireland, Jon French, 'We will take a very bold stance in the market, particularly with the Desire'.
As the network operator has started accepting the orders, it has not disclosed the actual figures, however it has stated that the sales are going fine as of now. On the current basis, it predicts that they would be going further with the passage of time.
In the wake, the operator has also agreed to incorporate the Android handsets further as the time passes by. The portfolio of handsets also include Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, LG inTouch Max GW620,and the Pulse Mini manufactured by Huawei.
One of the Managing Directors of T-Mobile, Richard Moat told the Mobile World Congress that intention behind the phenomena is to provide 'a range of Android smartphones at different price points'.
As the date has been finalized pertaining to the launching of the handset, 29th March, there is jubilation all across the company and the consumers as well.
