On the 1st of November at 8pm, a brand new social network called Snowglo went live!
Online PR News – 10-November-2012 – Portsmouth, UK. – Snowglo is the next big thing. It is a social network that revolves around its users reviewing anything and everything, in a bid to earn points, badges, rank and even money. It is a website that was founded by Phil Treagus and Kane Lodge, two entrepreneurs from Hampshire, UK. The website went live at 8pm on the 1st of November, and had its first 500 users in just under 24 hours.
“Snowglo is your ultimate social network, review website and online game all rolled into one amazingly captivating new website” – Kane Lodge, co-founder.
The social network’s mission is to put an end to the endless stream of boring review websites by creating a fun and unique website. The site has a polar theme, and allows users to work their way up a leader board by writing reviews, receiving kudos and being an active part of the community. The site is a great tool for keeping up to date with what your friends are watching, reading or listening to; as well as discovering new passions through making new friends with different taste.
“Everything we do is in an effort to make reviewing competitive and fun, we believe this is how we will achieve our goal of becoming the world’s best review website.” – Phil Treagus, co-founder.
Phil and Kane have been working on the concept for the site for over a year, and have been ecstatic to see it reach completion. The website was designed by Bonzo Creative, based in Portsmouth on the south coast of England.
Snowglo is celebrating the launch of the website by giving away a bundle of prizes to a random selection of its users once they have reached 5,000 users.
