PHS Datasafe opens a new hi-tech storage facility in Severnside, providing off-site file and document storage and retrieval to customers throughout Bristol and the wider region.
Online PR News – 02-July-2009 – – Further expansion is the order of the day for Secure Document and Data Management Company, PHS Datasafe as it opens a brand new storage facility. The new site in Severnside, near Bristol is the fourth location for PHS Datasafe and the second new premises to be acquired in the last six months.
The fully monitored site gives the national data storage specialist its first secure archive storage facility outside of the Midlands and boasts the latest aspirating fire detection and alarm systems as well as CCTV. With more than 25,000 cubic feet of available space, PHS Datasafe can now offer off-site storage and retrieval for files and documents to customers throughout the Bristol area and nearby cities such as Bath and Cardiff.
Clients can be assured that data is stored confidentially and will be retrieved as required and in the format of choice in as little as hours from request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Speaking about the new premises, Ian Burchett, Commercial Director of PHS Datasafe, says, “We are delighted to be able to offer our services to a wider geographical area. We’ve had great success in the Midlands, which has come as a result of the trust and confidence that we share with our customers.""Now, we can look forward to a long working relationship with many new clients in the Southwest, especially in areas where on-site secure storage space is at a premium.”
PHS Datasafe deals with valuable or sensitive data and documents from a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors. Current clients include legal, financial and insurance companies as well as hospitals, councils, property developers and housing associations. With another storage facility planned to open in London later in the year, it certainly looks like more businesses will have the chance to upgrade their file managements systems by putting their data in safe hands.
