Z’Tejas Blossoms Into Spring With New Seasonal Menu

Executive Chef Daniel Stevens has announced the introduction of several new lunch and dinner items. For lunch, guests may now enjoy a crab spinach skillet for $10.49, grilled tequila marinated chicken with angel hair pasta for $12.99, flat iron steak napalitos salad for $10.99 or Z’Tejas’ Classic Navajo Taco featuring mole verde chicken for $9.99 or marinated shrimp for $10.29. The crab and spinach skillet and tequila chicken with angel hair are also available on the dinner menu as are a pan-seared tilapia for $14.99 and sweet scallops for $17.99.
Stevens also announced several new items now available on Z’Tejas’ core menu many of which were specials that proved so popular that they have been permanently added. Leo’s street tacos are $10.29, crab cake salad is $12.99, seared chile crusted scallops are $18.99 and the avocado turkey burger is $9.99. Also new are the “Under 550 Calories” items including seasoned chicken served with veggies for $11.89, grilled salmon also served with veggies for $15.79 and a jalapeno turkey wrap for $10.19. Those ordering among the burger and sandwich items may now opt for the new sweet potato fries rather than the traditional steak fries.
“We’re excited to launch our new spring menu with items that are ideal for this time of year,” said Stevens. “Our guests will also be delighted to know that some of their favorite specials have been added to our core menu.”
Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill offers a wide array of fresh, flavorful and innovative menu items inspired by culinary influences from Louisiana, Texas, California and Mexico.
