The 3rd Annual Global Mining Forum 2013 will take place on 23 - 24 January 2012 in London - United Kingdom.

Javier Jara Caceres, Head of Department of Mining Property of Chile Geology and Mining National Service will present a case-study entitled taxation of trans-boundary mining project. During his presentation, he will share his analysis of approaches from a look of Pascua-Lama, cross-border mining projects and the challenge in Chilean and Argentinean fiscal regime.

Over the course of 2 days, the 3rd Annual Global Mining Forum 2013 will cover 20 sessions, 3 panel discussions, and 6 case studies to explore opportunities for new mining projects, discover emerging markets and develop new options for funding and legislative limitations.
