1.Dennis Cagan, a successful entrepreneur, CEO and consultant. Mr. Cagan was also elected Chairman.

3.Keith Morrow, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Epsilon.
4.Jeff Francis, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Copper Mobile.

Brian Bonner is the CIO of Texas Instruments. He has managed P&L's and served as VP of TI's Worldwide Mass Marketing and Acquisition Integration. Brian holds an MBA from Duke University and MSEE from the University of Michigan. He started his career with Texas Instrument as a technical sales engineer. Brian currently sits on a number of notable advisory boards.
Keith Morrow is EVP and CIO of Epsilon and is responsible for information systems and software product engineering globally.
