Libertarian vice-presidential candidate and Gary Johnson's running mate, Judge Jim Gray, will be speaking at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business' Oberndorf Event Center at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 25th, 2012.

Online PR News – 16-October-2012 – Palo Alto, CA – Libertarian vice-presidential candidate, Judge Jim Gray, will be speaking at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business' Oberndorf Event Center at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 25th, 2012. Admission to this event is free. Judge Jim Gray is the running mate of Gov. Gary Johnson, former two-term governor of New Mexico and Libertarian presidential candidate for 2012.

Judge Gray, a retired Superior Court of Orange County, CA Judge and author of Why Our Drug Laws Have Failed And What We Can Do About It and A Voter's Handbook: Effective Solutions To America's Problems, has been crossing the country visiting colleges and universities for several weeks speaking with students and liberty minded voters about the economy, jobs, education, foreign policy and other key issues during this presidential election campaign season. This speaking engagement is co-sponsored by the Decision and Ethics Center and The Stanford Review.

“In this election, I think it is vitally important that voters, especially younger voters, are aware of the debt burden placed upon them, an issue I am discussing during this tour of universities and colleges,” Judge Gray said. “I'm trying to bring awareness of how irresponsible and unrestrained spending, current economic, foreign and civil liberty policies affect everyone, which hasn't been truthfully addressed by any of the candidates, except for my running mate, Governor Johnson, and myself.”

“The Stanford Review is very excited to bring Judge Jim Gray to Stanford with the Decision and Ethics Center. We believe Judge Jim Gray is a visionary for the changing Right,” said Lisa Wallace, the Editor-in-Chief at The Stanford Review. “Our newspaper supports all political discourse and has historically endorsed many opinions across the conservative libertarian spectrum. We firmly believe Libertarianism is a fundamental part of the discourse about the changing American Right, especially for the Right's youth, and we're proud to be a part of that.”
